As CEO and Founder he began this adventure 24 years ago. He was a Main-Frame Computer Systems Engineer/Programmer for Clark County. During that time, he worked on various public safety systems keeping them functional and writing much of the backbone code that is still in use at places like LV Metro Police Department. While during his career there, He started FASTEC on the side in 2000 as a desire to help provide his sons with an opportunity to go abroad to serve missions around the world for his church. It didn't take long for him to really enjoy performing fire and life safety services and he found that so many companies i the industry would cut corners and take advantage of customers. He wanted make sure people were not being taken advantage of and wanted to do what he could to make sure things were done right. This is the driving force behind what FASTEC stands for. Making sure people are being treated fairly, giving the best service possible, doing things right and honestly. He can still be found out in the field from time to time helping FASTEC's customers and Team Members wherever he can. He is truly a model of what FASTEC represents and strives to emulate. We are honored to have him as our CEO.

With over 19 years experience in the Fire Protection Industry he oversees all business Operations from installation to service. He has a degree in International Business Management and speaks Portuguese fluently. He also holds a NICET certification for water based system design as well as both the trade and management licensing with the Nevada State Contractors Board. He is an Eagle Scout and dedicates a majority of his time to helping others; from inspectors to customers, even down to the newest of hires. Having lived in the Las Vegas valley for over 38 years, he has built a solid reputation with General Contractors, Business Owners and Fire Inspectors.  He brings to the FASTEC team an in depth knowledge of fire protection systems, business management and customer  service. 

 As an Electrical Engineer with over 15 years of experience in all aspects of electrical, Kolby brings  such a depth of knowledge and expertise to the electrical field that he joined FASTEC and opened their Electrical Department. With a deep love for all things electrical, his favorite discipline in that field is in controls and automation. He has a Nevada State Professional Engineering license as well as a degree from UNLV in Electrical Engineering. He also holds the Trade and Management Licensing with the Nevada State Contractors Board for Electrical. He is an Eagle Scout and serves in his local church in leadership positions. He is an accomplished Engineer with field experience in commissioning oil/natural gas and industrial applications. He excels in managing situations and people from all walks of life and has been a major asset to the success of FASTEC.

As the Nevada Offices Manager, Kaylie has been in management all of here career. With 12 years experience managing offices she brings a large wealth of knowledge to assist customers and resolve concerns for office staff and customers. 

As one of the Top Installers in the Country for Solar Installations, Thomas brings a level of hard work and project deadline success to the table not often found in the construction industry.  He has been in the Electrical and Low Voltage industries for most of his working career over the past 18 years. He has obtained certifications in each field that he is an expert in. He has enjoyed learning and excelling in all things Fire protection related while at FASTEC. He currently Manages all operations on the east coast with the FASTEC office in Orlando, Florida. He is a solid partner at FASTEC. With his expertise and strong desire to work hard you can expect that he will be there when you need to make sure you succeed !  

With over 18 years in the electrical industry managing crews of all sizes and estimating projects from small T.I.'s to Larger Million square foot facilities and Hotels he has some of the strongest skills in the Electrical trade we have seen. During his career at FASTEC he has quickly moved from foreman, to senior project manager, to department manager. 

Oliver has been in fire protection and management throughout most of his 12 year career. He brings a solid desire to make sure people are being taken care of; customer satisfaction is his #1 goal . He is a baseball and Football fanatic, so it would come to no surprise that he brings that same love for his teams to those he services. With Oliver you can rest assured you are in good hands. He is truly a customer Fanatic !

With over 18 years experience in Fire Protection Chris is known for working on projects ranging from Multi-family to Hotels all throughout the west coast.  

As the newest addition to our team hailing from Washington he has been in the Fire Protection and Low Voltage Industry for over 8 years.
